Agreement

By accessing infrastack.digital or engaging infrastack for application analytics services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.

Services

infrastack provides professional services including product analytics audits, instrumentation implementation, funnel and retention analysis, and analytics enablement. Descriptions and prices on this website are informational. A separate statement of work defines deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement.

No online checkout

This site does not process payments. Contracts and invoices are arranged directly with infrastack. Informational pricing does not constitute an offer until confirmed in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to relevant systems, stakeholders, and data needed for the engagement, and to ensure you have authority to share that access. Delays in access may extend timelines.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in a statement of work, deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. infrastack retains rights to general methodologies, templates, and know-how used across clients.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information received during an engagement private and use it only for performing the agreed work, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, infrastack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from professional services. Aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for commercial redistribution. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Korea unless a statement of work specifies otherwise.
